Passengers travelling to Malaysia must complete the Malaysian Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) before check-in and boarding.

Published 28 Jul 2026 Effective from 26 Jul 2026 MALAYSIA
All passengers travelling to Malaysia are advised that completion of the Malaysian Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) is mandatory before boarding a Malaysia-bound flight.

Passengers are requested to complete the MDAC before arriving at the airport and keep the submission confirmation available for verification during:

check-in,
passport or travel-document verification, and
boarding.

The MDAC should be submitted through the official Immigration Department of Malaysia portal. The official registration page states that the intended arrival must be within three days, including the date of submission.

Complete the MDAC:

Passengers who fail to complete the required documentation may experience delays during check-in or boarding. Biman Bangladesh Airlines therefore strongly recommends completing the MDAC before proceeding to the airport.
