Recourses offered in the event of flight disruptions

Damaged, Lost or Delayed Baggage:
We put our best effort to make sure that baggage’s accepted from you during check-in adequately protected from pilferage and damage from weather or other causes while stored at airports or on board an aircraft. All complaints and criticism pertains to baggage loss or mishandled with promptness, understanding and courtesy, particularly, if some goods of personal belongings are involved.
We advise to report damages in their baggage to the Lost and Found Service at the airport of disembarkation immediately after detecting the damage or short receive before leaving the airport.

Limits of Baggage Liability:

  • Check Baggage for international travel is subject to the Warsaw Convention, liability is limited to approximately US $20 per kg per passenger for checked baggage, and approximately $400 USD per passenger for unchecked baggage. Amount paid in equivalent to local currency
  • Unchecked Baggage Liability for loss or damage to unchecked articles on international flights is subject to the Warsaw Convention which limits the carrier’s liability to a maximum, of US $ 400 per passenger. Amount paid in equivalent to local currency
