When situations arise to make delay or cancel flights, we put our best effort to minimize passengers discomfort and inconvenience. Sometimes, delay or cancellations happens always not remain within our control but it gets necessary to do so, we all in there to make the passengers travel experience as smooth as possible with us.
Notification: Passengers will be promptly informed of flight delays via SMS, email, or airport announcements, including the estimated departure time. Accommodation: If a delay exceeds 04 hours or extends overnight, Biman will provide meal vouchers and for delay more than 08 hours’ hotel accommodations for impacted passengers. Rebooking Options: For delays exceeding 3 hours, passengers may rebook on the next available flight at no extra charge or receive a travel credit/refund.
Notification: Passengers will be informed of cancellations as soon as possible, through the contact information provided at booking. Rebooking or Refund: In the event of a cancellation, passengers can rebook on the next available flight at no additional cost, or they may request a full refund. Assistance and Compensation: If the cancellation is due to circumstances within the Biman’s Control, passengers may be eligible for compensation, including meals, hotel accommodations, and transportation between the airport and hotel.
