Immediate Reporting: Passengers should report lost or damaged baggage to the Biman’s Baggage Service Counter immediately upon arrival (Before leaving the airport).
Delayed Baggage: If a bag is delayed, passengers may be reimbursed for necessary interim expenses. Bags are not located after 21 days are considered lost.
Damaged Baggage: Biman will cover repairs for structural damage to the baggage, excluding normal wear and tear. Passengers must file claims within 7 days of receiving their baggage.
