Handling Facilities for Unaccompanied Minor (Child) is available both at arrivals and departures with prior request during reservation and fulfillment of traveling conditions.
Unaccompanied Minors (UM) are defined as children aged between 5 and 11 years, inclusive of their 12th birthday, who hold confirmed tickets and are not accompanied by an individual aged at least 16 years.
Young Passengers (YP) include minors aged 12 to 15 years, up to their 16th birthday, traveling alone or without an accompanying person of at least 16 years. Upon request from parents or guardians, YPs may also be treated as UMs.
Children with physical or mental disabilities, regardless of age, will not typically be accepted for unaccompanied travel unless prior arrangements are made and approved.
A "UM Request for Carriage Form" is required for all Unaccompanied Minor (UM) if requested. This form captures essential details about the child and the designated guardians. It must be completed prior to travel, and the child will be handed over to the receiving guardian upon arrival.
Pre-boarding procedures will be applied for UMs and YMs to ensure their comfort and safety.
