If you need medical oxygen during your flight, please note the following before you travel:

• Your medical practitioner will need to complete and sign a Medical Form , indicating your fitness for travel in accordance with our travel clearance guidelines. Click here to download the medical form
• You must either email the completed form to Biman's Chief Medical Officer (CMO) cmo@biman.gov.bd or contact: +8801777715522 at least 72 hours before your intended travel.
• Indemnity bond with proper sign and counter sign approved by Biman's Chief Medical Officer. Contact: cmo@biman.gov.bd or phone: +8801777715522
• Passenger must be accompanied by a competent medical escort (doctor or nurse) while providing all kinds of inflight care.
• If you don't have an approved travel clearance form, you may be denied boarding.
• Except for medical emergencies, our cabin crew cannot provide inflight treatment.
